SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

SHIPPING COST

Standard U.S. shipping is free.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Orders are estimated to arrive within 4–7 business days after fulfillment begins. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or address issues.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed when it becomes available from our fulfillment provider.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact support@shopolvessa.com as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If an order arrives damaged or tracking shows a delivery problem, email support@shopolvessa.com with your order number and any relevant photographs. We will review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment provider and explain the available resolution.
