These Terms of Service govern your use of shopolvessa.com and purchases made from OLVESSA. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.

ABOUT OLVESSA

OLVESSA is a UK-based online retailer currently serving customers in the United States.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases made through the store are transactions with OLVESSA, not Shopify.

PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We aim to describe our products, included items, colours, dimensions, pricing and availability accurately.

Product colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings. Decorative props shown in photographs are not included unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

Some products may be compressed during shipping and may require careful reshaping after unpacking.

Our products are supplied and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners and may be dispatched from China. Products are not manufactured by OLVESSA unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

We may correct errors and update product information, pricing or availability when necessary.

ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been successfully processed.

Please review the product, selected variant, quantity and delivery address before submitting an order.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Product or pricing information is materially incorrect

  • Payment cannot be authorised

  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse

  • We cannot deliver to the supplied address

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment where required. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and available third-party payment providers.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are estimated to arrive within 4–6 business days. This estimate includes order processing and delivery.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, severe weather, public holidays, or an incorrect delivery address.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.

CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER CHANGES

We cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after processing or fulfilment has started.
