Your head weighs about 5kg. Your screen makes it feel like 20.

Every centimetre your head drifts forward towards a laptop multiplies the load your neck has to hold. The small muscles at the base of your skull spend eight hours a day taking that strain.

That's the stiffness you feel at 4pm. That's the tightness that creeps up behind your eyes on a long day. And no amount of reminding yourself to sit up straight undoes it.

It reaches what your thumbs can't

Four contoured nodes sit either side of the channel running down the middle of the wheel. Lie back and they press straight into the suboccipitals — the cluster of small muscles right where your skull meets your neck. It's the spot you're forever digging at with your fingers and never quite reaching.

The channel down the centre means the pressure lands on muscle, not on your spine. And because your own bodyweight does the work, you're not gripping, squeezing or holding anything up. You lie there and let it sink in.

Why a wheel, and not the things you've already tried

Massage guns buzz the surface and leave you holding a heavy device with an already-tired arm. Standard foam rollers are built for legs and are far too wide to get near the base of your skull. Posture pillows and warming creams don't touch the muscle at all.

  The usual fixes

Reaches the muscles at the base of your skull

Centre channel keeps pressure off your spine

Uses your bodyweight — nothing to hold or grip

Works in five minutes, lying down

No charging, batteries or parts to replace

Fits in a desk drawer or a gym bag

  • At your desk

Between meetings, on the floor of the office or the spare room. Undo the morning before the afternoon piles on top of it.

  • After training

Traps and shoulders take a beating on a heavy press day. Five minutes on the wheel before you leave the gym and you walk out loose instead of locked up.

  • Before bed

Wind the day's tension out of your neck so you're not carrying it into your pillow. Most people find this the easiest one to actually stick to.

Questions people ask before they buy

Does it hurt?

It's firm, and the first thirty seconds on a tight neck can feel intense. That's the tension, not damage. It should feel like pressure you can breathe through — never anything sharp. Start with short sessions and less weight through your head, then build up as things loosen.

How long before I notice a difference?

Most people feel looser simply getting up from the first session. Lasting change is a habit rather than a one-off, though — five minutes a day for a fortnight does far more than one long session on a Sunday.

How often should I use it?

Daily is ideal, and five to ten minutes is plenty. There's nothing to gain from grinding away on it for half an hour.

I already own a massage gun. Why this?

A massage gun vibrates the surface, and you still have to hold it up with the same arm that's already tired. A standard foam roller is too wide to get anywhere near the base of your skull. The NeckReset 2.0™ is shaped for one job: steady, hands-free pressure exactly where the neck actually holds tension.

Is it safe for me?

It's made for everyday muscle tension and general stiffness. It isn't a medical device and it isn't a diagnosis. If you have a neck or disc injury, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, or you're pregnant, speak to your doctor or physiotherapist before using it.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the U.S. is free — nothing is added at checkout. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 days.

What if it's not for me?

Return it within 30 days for a full refund. Give it a proper go first — a couple of weeks of short daily sessions — and if your neck feels no different, send it back.

Five minutes. That's the whole ask.

You've had the stiff neck for years. Give it a fortnight of five-minute sessions and see what's left of it.

Free U.S. shipping, and 30-day returns if it isn't for you.
